What level of service can I expect from Gippsland Home & Pest Inspections?
Our price includes inspection by an independent inspector, a verbal report followed by a detailed written report of up to 30 pages covering everything from minor defects to the structural integrity of the property, and accompanying photographs. All inspections meet the relevant Australian Standards – 4349.1 and 4349.3. We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
